NOTE: In Unit 1, the covenant states owners must have 10 acres. In Unit 3, the covenant states owners must have 5 acres.

This 23 acre parcel can be divided into two parcels as follows. Because of covenant restrictions, owners must have 10 ac in Unit 1, or 5 ac in Unit 3.

Telephone and power are in place on the other side of Hunter Drive, and just need to be run across the road. (Power would be provided by Jemez Electric Co-op and phone service by Windstream.)
